Job summary

Yelp is hiring a Senior Analyst to drive data-informed marketing decisions supporting revenue growth. You’ll join the Performance Marketing Team, working across channels and collaborating with senior leaders to scale strategic decision-making. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

You will develop scalable analytics, own marketing metrics, and build dashboards using Tableau, SQL, and Excel. A/B testing experience is a plus, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience solving business problems.
• Experience in marketing analytics or growth roles.
• Strong SQL, Excel modeling, and Tableau skills.
• Business sense and interest in marketing strategy and user growth.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand core needs and develop scalable analytics solutions.
• Become the subject-matter expert on Yelp’s marketing metrics and data sources.
• Use Tableau, SQL, and Excel to support analytics and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards for marketing KPIs and set initiative goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data views for better insights.
• Communicate results to cross-functional teams and influence business decisions.
