We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead high-impact, insight-driven analysis across our marketing and conversion funnel. This role focuses on deep exploration of data — not just reporting, but discovering what’s happening beneath the surface and translating it into clear, strategic recommendations. You’ll work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to investigate user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion trends, helping us understand where users drop off, what drives engagement, and how to optimize ROI. This is a highly analytical role requiring strong SQL, data visualization, and storytelling skills — ideal for someone who’s passionate about uncovering answers and influencing decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analysis into user journeys, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Build and maintain SQL-driven datasets and dashboards to track KPIs across paid search, display, and site behavior
• Analyze structured and semi-structured data from sources
• Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers; recommend optimizations for acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Develop and present insights to marketing, product, and executive stakeholders
• Support attribution analysis, segmentation, and ad hoc business questions that require investigative thinking
