Redfin is seeking a Sr. Analytics Manager to lead a team of 7-8 analysts focusing on activation and optimization for for-sale and rentals. You will own the experimentation program, drive KPI-focused insights, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance to solve high-impact growth problems.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, building scalable measurement foundations, and embedding AI to accelerate analysis while maintaining governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital/product analytics, with consumer-facing scale
• 5+ years leading analytics teams
• Strong experimental design and interpretation skills
• Hands-on Snowflake SQL and data modeling experience
• Tableau-based analytics product development
• Practical use of AI to improve analytics speed/quality
• Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundations
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 analytics professionals across for-sale and rentals
• Own the experimentation program for product activation and optimization
• Drive measurement and optimization of user-facing product experiences and lifecycle programs
• Own rentals B2C growth analytics including acquisition, activation, and inventory health
• Build durable measurement foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, and recurring reviews
• Design scalable analytical assets in Snowflake and self-serve Tableau analytics
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance on cross-functional growth problems
• Embed AI into analytics workflows with appropriate guardrails
• Translate business questions into analytical plans and actionable recommendations
• Hire and mentor team members to grow the analytics bench
