Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct complex award management activities.
• Coordinate with faculty and ORA for submissions and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and institutional policies.
• Review proposals for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Prepare timely budgets for PI review and guidance.
• Liaise between research units, central offices and funding agencies.
• Manage post-award processes including setup, verification, and cost transfers.
• Assist with closeouts and subcontract negotiations as needed.
