The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore seeks a Sr. Grants & Contracts Analyst to provide dedicated sponsored funds management for pre-award and post-award functions, including proposal preparation, submission, budget development, account maintenance and oversight, billing/invoicing, reporting, compliance, and closeout.

This role handles complex grants and contracts, ensures timely management, monitors budgets, and ensures compliance with sponsor guidelines while supporting subawards, audits,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of related experience in sponsored research and/or financial positions.
• Education substitutions allowed by the JHU equivalency formula.
• Completion of the Research Administration Training Program (13-15 months) may substitute for two years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct complex award management activities including monitoring, audits, evaluations and reporting.
• Prepare budgets and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Maintain accounts, invoicing, and financial status updates to PIs.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with faculty, central offices, and funding agencies on awards and closeouts.
• Assist with subcontract negotiations and post-award activities.
