GovCIO is seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to support a Federal Government Prime Contract. This fully remote role within the United States requires strong procurement expertise, supplier negotiation, and vendor management to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in US Government procurement.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations and CPSR processes.
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing services, equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and CPSR requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost savings opportunities.
• Prepare RFPs and bid packages as needed.
