Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to provide first-line responses to field regulatory inquiries and coordinate licenses and permits across global operations. The role requires coordinating with security teams, field offices, and government agencies to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a business-focused degree, extensive 3PL regulatory experience, and strong communication with non-native English speakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in business field.
• Ten years industry experience in 3PL industry preferred.
• Customs broker's license or CES preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient at resolving complex international regulatory issues; strong communication with non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line answers to regulatory inquiries and liaise with field offices worldwide.
• Coordinate licenses and permits including TSA, FMC, FMCSA, PHMSA, and renewals.
• Coordinate TSA security documents and related reports.
• Manage DRPS matches and Restricted Commodity Requests; review DRPS releases.
• Lead monthly reporting of team activities and support audits and reviews.
