Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in business field.
• Four years Brokerage work experience required; regulatory experience preferred.
• Broker's license required.
• QDM Apprentice required.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and related federal laws.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-depth regulatory training to internal and external customers.
• Oversee handling of government notices for timely and accurate processing.
• Review and assign research projects within the department.
• Create reports and action plans based on trend analysis and data.
• Manage brokerage system updates due to government changes.
• Review procedures for accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide internal guidance by vetting research and communications with Legal for approvals.
