Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a regulatory specialist to coordinate licenses, respond to government inquiries, and support audits for the TETRAC program. This role requires strong knowledge of 3PL operations and international regulatory frameworks.

You will liaise with field offices worldwide, manage DRPS and Galaxy access requests, and help maintain C-TPAT and other compliance programs while working remotely from within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Ten (10) years industry experience in 3PL preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs, 3PL activity, and government regulations (GLOBAL).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including coordinating with non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on licenses and permits (TSA, FMC, FMCSA, PHMSA, and others).
• Respond to governmental inquiries and coordinate responses from field to support audits.
• Liaise with field offices worldwide to resolve regulatory inquiries and issues (incl. non-US customs, Food safety, wildlife, etc.).
• Maintain DRPS/Document Access (Galaxy) and manage access requests for super users.
• Oversee C-TPAT filings and other compliance activities with Security team.
