Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to lead a team of regulatory professionals ensuring brokerage compliance and guidance within customs operations.

You will oversee CBP and agency interactions, develop compliance procedures, and monitor regulatory developments, while mentoring staff across multiple locations. Some travel may be required, and a bachelor’s degree plus broker experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, trade, law, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of regulatory professionals overseeing brokerage compliance functions.
• Escalate complex regulatory matters and determine resolution approach.
• Manage compliance with 19 CFR Part 111 and broker regulatory obligations.
• Engage with CBP and Partner Government Agencies on inquiries, enforcement, and examinations.
• Provide regulatory guidance and develop compliant procedures and reviews.
• Monitor data and trends to identify noncompliance risks and communicate findings.
• Interact with customers to resolve government notices and bill payments.
• Oversee tariff tables and ABI system data updates.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls.
