Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage entry processing, audits, and correspondence related to shipments and regulatory compliance. You will secure timely release of goods and maintain strong relationships with customers and FedEx Express.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between FedEx Express and FTN for account/shipment specific issues.
• Complete audits including complex ewsr's, high duty, abi warnings, abi errors, census rejects, and duty verification.
• Correspond with shippers, clients, and government agencies to resolve issues and prepare claims/protests to CBP.
