Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Compliance to lead a team of regulatory professionals handling brokerage compliance and guidance within our customs operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, trade, law, or a related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, with a preferred two years in regulatory compliance or post entry environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customs brokerage operations, including entry procedures, post-entry operations and compliance, ACE/ABI systems, and applicable customs and government agency regulatory requirements.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance activities related to FedEx Logistics’ customs bond obligations as an importer of record, ensuring timely response to government inquiries and post-entry actions.
• Oversees financial outcomes related to penalty mitigation and fee-based government compliance services, including recovery of mitigation savings and ensuring accurate billing and collection.
