Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a senior regulatory liaison to answer field inquiries related to TETRAC and international regulatory matters. You will coordinate licenses, permits, and TSA-related documents across global offices, supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

You will manage DRPS access requests, respond to government inquiries, and help maintain reporting requirements. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success in this role, which is remote with regional proximity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in the 3PL/logistics regulatory space preferred.
• Familiarity with TSA, FMC, FMCSA, PHMSA and related government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line for regulatory inquiries for TETRAC and global field offices.
• Coordinate licenses, permits, renewals and related payments with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and support internal/external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Review and release DRPS matches and manage access requests for DRPS and document deletion.
• Respond to government inquiries and coordinate cross-functional responses.
• Maintain reporting requirements and ensure compliance with global regulations.
