Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to lead a team of regulatory professionals responsible for the execution of brokerage compliance functions and regulatory guidance within our customs brokerage operations. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex matters and exercise independent judgment on resolution approaches.

The role covers overseeing bond obligations, penalty mitigation, and regulatory reporting, while aligning with CBP and PGA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, trade, law, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in customs brokerage or trade compliance with regulatory exposure.
• Knowledge of customs brokerage operations, entry procedures, and ACE/ABI systems.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance activities related to FedEx Logistics’ customs bond obligations as an importer of record.
• Acts as primary escalation point for complex regulatory matters and engages senior leadership as needed.
• Performs regulatory analysis and drafts enforcement responses and guidance.
• Monitors regulatory developments and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Manages a team across locations with development and coaching responsibilities.
