Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a quality/compliance lead to oversee customs and QA activities for support services in a fast-paced environment. You will guide team members, train staff, and coordinate with management to drive operational excellence and accurate shipment processing.

Responsibilities include escalation of complex issues, performance monitoring, and collaboration across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years QA experience or 1 year in leadership within brokerage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and act as escalation resource for customs compliance and quality issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coach employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments with day-to-day leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Prepare and present operational reports to support business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management for training and development.
