Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
15 years of progressively responsible management experience in medical imaging.
5 years senior-level leadership in a national service org with 10+ years in the field.
P&L responsibility exceeding $40M for a designated region.
Strong financial forecasting and senior stakeholder collaboration.
Willingness to travel as required to support the business.
Active motor vehicle license in the employee's state of residence.

Responsibilities

Direct cross-functional alignment between Service, Sales, Operations and business units to drive regional results.
Develop and implement strategic and operating Service plans with P&L responsibility over $40M.
Leverage cross-regional and HQ stakeholders to develop winning strategies and improve processes.
Partner with Sales to convert Bookings to Billings within budgets and timelines.
Establish and maintain relationships up to the C-suite and drive customer satisfaction.
Build and lead a team of 100+ managers, administrators and highly technical staff.
Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives on trends and requirements.
Allocate ~20% of time to special projects as directed by VP of Service.
