Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a senior Service leader to own regional strategy, execution and financial outcomes from a remote US base. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations and HQ, plus travel to customer sites and facilities.

You will guide strategic service plans, manage a $40M+ regional P&L, and work with senior stakeholders to grow market share, margins and asset performance. A large-scale team leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years leadership experience in medical imaging or high-tech sectors.
• 15 years progressively responsible management experience; 10+ years field-based.
• Regional P&L responsibility over $40M; drive growth and margins.
• Travel to support the business is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional alignment between Service, Sales, Operations and business units to drive results within an assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic regional service plans aligned with financial and customer objectives.
• Cultivate cross-regional and HQ stakeholder relationships to improve processes and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to convert bookings to billings and meet budgets and timelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships up to the C-suite; drive customer acquisition and satisfaction.
• Build and lead a team of 100+ managers, administrators and technical staff.
• Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives on industry trends and customer requirements.
• Dedicate ~20% of time to special projects as assigned by the VP of Service.
