Job summary

Esri is seeking a geospatial subject matter expert to join our account team and advise customers on complex GIS challenges. You’ll build relationships, present solutions, and lead technical meetings that drive revenue using Esri software and workflows.

You’ll deepen technical expertise in AEC and environmental consulting while aligning Esri technology with client business needs; travel 25-50% domestically or internationally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps and spatial analyses.
3+ years in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT perspective (hardware, storage, security, networking, cloud).
Experience in technical consulting and solution design.
Understanding of sales and business development processes.
Ability to troubleshoot Esri deployment and system architecture.
Experience with geodatabases and DBMS technology.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (Azure or AWS).
Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and lead technical meetings to drive revenue.
Be a technical leader and subject matter expert for Esri solutions in AEC and environmental consulting.
Proactively craft complex GIS strategies aligning Esri technology with client needs.
Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and present at conferences.
