Job summary

Esri in the United States seeks a geospatial and AEC subject matter expert to advise customers on complex GIS challenges, demonstrate the value of Esri technology, and lead technical discussions with enterprise clients.

You will map business needs to Esri solutions, present at conferences and executive engagements, and guide teams in deploying GIS within client IT environments. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications.
3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing).
Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers; present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software as part of the account team.
Be a technical leader of Esri technology and AEC/environmental consulting practices; coach team members on best practices.
Proactively craft and deliver complex GIS solutions that align Esri technology with customer needs.
Design presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences and provide configuration guidance.
