• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile.

• Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
• Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel).
• Expertise with JIRA for requirements, testing and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them across the lifecycle.
• Perform Agile requirement management and create/organize backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user interviews, document business processes, and create formal specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, IT, and leadership to gather and document cross-functional requirements.
• Provide status updates and metrics across the Agile product development lifecycle.
