Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile frameworks.

• Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop process models and formal specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, users, and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and break them into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management.
• Track system and business requirements and validate integration.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions and coordinate with Systems Engineers.
