Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile.
• Excellent oral and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
• Advanced MS Office experience, including Excel.
• Analytical skills integrating information from multiple sources.
• Experience with JIRA tools and agile teams.
• Experience in large, agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in ALM; manage requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Perform Agile requirement management for product teams and backlog refinement.
• Develop business process models and formal specifications.
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions with stakeholders.
• Glean and document functional, technical, and non-technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain and prioritize the project backlog and change control.
• Use ALM tools (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
