Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience required; up to 20 years may substitute for education.
• Federal government and SAFe Agile experience preferred.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool (e.g., Jira) and manage them.
• Perform backlog refinement and elicit acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver project documents to the client.
• Establish traceability among requirements, tests, and risks, and monitor progress.
