- Experience with JIRA and Agile/large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements capture for software development teams.
- Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them.
- Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions.
- Manage and refine product/backlog and acceptance criteria.
