Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them.
• Perform Agile requirement management for product teams.
• Develop business process models and formal specifications.
• Gather and document cross-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control per policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with Systems Engineers.
• Support Scrum teams and remove impediments.
