• Experience leading capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and manage them.
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in ALM tools and manage them.
• Perform agile requirement management for product teams.
• Develop and decompose user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to technical solutions.
• Prepare project documents for clients and manage risks and issues.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog and change control processes.
