Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Director of FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning. You will oversee the operating plan, build robust models, and partner with multiple departments to enable informed decision‑making.

This remote role reports to the VP, FP&A and requires leadership of a growing analytics team. You will work across enterprise functions to deliver accurate, timely financial insights, monthly/quarterly variance analysis, and executive level reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge with analytical modeling.
• Self-starter, team-oriented, problem solver, proactive.
• 8+ years FP&A experience in forecasting, budgeting, planning.
• 2+ years people leadership in FP&A teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual operating plan process and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain forecasts and internal reporting.
• Develop financial models to identify trends and drivers.
• Provide analysis to support senior leadership and board Pak.
• Lead and develop FP&A analysts; collaborate with shared services.
