Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to deliver insights that drive mission-focused growth and sustainability.

You will oversee multi-year planning, financial modeling, and board reporting, while promoting financial literacy and accountability across programs and operations in a remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Aspire’s financial strategy with the CFO.
• Lead multi-year financial planning for growth and sustainability.
• Provide analysis and board reporting with actionable insights.
• Oversee annual budgeting aligning with strategy.
• Improve budget development, monitoring, accountability.
• Analyze budget-to-actuals and identify variances.
• Deliver timely financial reporting to leaders.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Develop and report KPIs on financial and operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with program and admin leaders.
• Promote transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting, grants management and compliance teams.
