• Experience in Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Strong Excel aptitude and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing assumptions.
• Ensure accuracy of volume and KPI forecasts for all lines.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support teams.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
