Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Forecasting and Workforce Planning Leader to drive capacity, staffing, and analytics for call and back-office operations in a remote, US-wide role. You will oversee weekly/monthly capacity plans, KPI forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning experience.
Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing to meet requirements; liaise with Operations, Finance, and support departments.
Ensure accuracy of volume and KPI forecasts for all lines of business; produce vendor-locked forecasts.
Coordinate peak-season staffing; manage new hire classes and target LOBs.
Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
Review forecast and capacity plan data with Operations and support departments.
Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
