Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity planning and staffing to meet requirements; liaison with Operations, Finance, and support departments.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for volume, handle time, occupancy, and KPIs; communicate vendor-locked forecasts.
• Lead peak-season staffing, quarterly forecast submissions, and data reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Provide staffing data for RFP processes.
