CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader for its US-based, work-from-home role in CVS Health Specialty Operations. You will oversee capacity planning, staffing, and forecasting for call center and back-office functions, partnering with operations and finance to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of forecasting experience in large contact centers or PBM/pharmacy settings, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams while delivering

Qualifications

7–10 years forecasting experience in large contact center or PBM/Specialty Pharmacy.
Call center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan, including volume, handle time, occupancy to determine staffing.
Ensure accuracy of forecasts for all lines of business; produce vendor‑locked forecasts.
Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes; align with operations.
Produce quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
Review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support teams.
Provide staffing data for RFP processes.
