Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Forecasting and Staffing leader for call and back‑office operations, focusing on building accurate capacity plans, staffing models, and performance forecasts across multiple lines of business for the US.

You will lead a team, partner with operations and finance, and deliver ad‑hoc analyses, capacity reviews, and RFP inputs, with a strong emphasis on data, Excel use, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in Call Center Workforce Management / Resource Planning.
• Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan, volume, handle time, occupancy, and staffing plans.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for all lines of business and communicate vendor forecasts.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes; lead operations contact.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Regularly review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support teams.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
