Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader to manage the forecasting for call and back-office operations within Specialty Operations. This role leads a team responsible for staffing requirements, capacity planning, and performance projections across multiple lines of business.

The role requires 7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center or PBM environment, with strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and solid finance fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Call Center and back-office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing plans and meet requirements; act as leadership point of contact for operations.
• Ensure forecasts for volume and key performance metrics are complete and accurate for all lines of business; communicate vendor locked forecasts.
• Coordinate peak season staffing planning and new hire classes.
• Organize and produce quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Conduct regular reviews of forecast and capacity plan data with Operations and support departments.
• Provide staffing requirements and data for the RFP process.
