Worth AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner across pre-sales and post-sales lifecycles for financial institutions and fintechs. You will bridge customer needs with Worth’s AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

You will own technical narratives, run tailored demos/PoCs, and guide implementation plans to ensure fast time-to-value and continued platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role in FinTech/RegTech/B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on SQL, Node.js and React; work with developers on integration/scoping and validation.
• Knowledge of AI in FinTech; KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud/identity workflows is advantageous.
• Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations with tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and solution design.
• Lead product demos and PoCs mapping capabilities to client workflows.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for deployments.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during onboarding, coordinating across teams.
• Design and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation.
