Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from discovery to deployment and ongoing success. You will partner with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto businesses to design tailored fraud prevention solutions and ensure successful implementation of Alterya's platform.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or similar.
Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or crypto.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs.
Strong understanding of fraud detection and AML concepts.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven insights.
Onboard, deploy, and support Alterya in customer environments.
Collaborate with fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams for adoption.
Advise customers on trends and best practices; troubleshoot issues.
