Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the Financial Systems landscape, including ERP and EPM platforms, cloud transformations, and scalable integrations. This role partners with senior executives to align technical roadmaps with business goals across global markets.

You will drive end-to-end development, architecture, and deployment, ensuring data quality, governance, and secure, scalable operations across NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Proficient in building integrations across ERP and EPM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing data models, transformation logic, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development across financial systems including architecture, design, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmap for ERP and EPM platforms across cloud suites.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations for ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and related systems.
• Partner with VPs and Directors to align priorities and create a shared roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accounting through the full development lifecycle.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and engineering standards.
