Qualifications

• Deep technical and functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and NSPB.
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise finance systems or similar functions.
• 5+ years of people management leading technical or engineering teams.
• Expert- level experience with NetSuite ERP and NSPB.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/Billing integrations with finance systems.
• Strong SDLC and agile delivery practices.
• Experience with NetSuite-Salesforce, Snowflake or cloud data integrations.
• Experience supporting audit, SOX controls, or financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Finance Systems team of ~2–3 members and contingent workers.
• Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for Finance Systems aligned with strategy.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP, NSPB, and related integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, RevPro, and Concur.
• Maintain SDLC discipline to ensure quality, predictable delivery and governance.
• Balance long-term initiatives with quick wins delivering business value.
• Drive continuous modernization and automation across the portfolio.
