Job summary

Social Leverage seeks a Financial Systems Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our financial systems, including ERP, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting. You will bridge accounting needs with IT to drive system improvements and scalable processes.

You will manage NetSuite operations, complement with Oracle EPM and data visualization tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years in financial systems design, implementation and maintenance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize concurrent assignments.
• Experience with ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite with advanced inventory features.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools including Oracle EPM and budgeting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of NetSuite and related financial systems to optimize functionality and integration.
• Document and maintain data models, data flows, diagrams, and user guides.
• Translate business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and requirements to maximize system value.
• Drive continuous process improvement across policies and procedures.
• Participate in system testing and issue resolution.
• Provide training and technical support for finance staff.
