Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to join the Financial Systems team, driving modernization across accounting, ERP, and EPM platforms for global operations. You will own architecture, integrations, data quality, and automation at scale.

You will partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to define roadmaps, set governance, ensure security, and deliver reliable, auditable systems while building high‑performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, and Anaplan.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, and reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across financial systems including design, config, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmap for ERP/EPM platforms.
• Architect and deploy scalable data integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting.
• Collaborate with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Establish effective technical solutions and processes.
• Own operations and availability with monitoring, on-call, and playbooks.
• Foster code quality and clear communication beyond the team.
• Develop talent and leadership.
