Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks a senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead day-to-day financial system administration and process optimization. You will bridge business needs with system capabilities across R2R, P2P, O2C, ARM, and inventory accounting in a high-growth environment.

This remote role requires 7+ years of NetSuite experience, strong collaboration with finance teams, and the ability to build complex reports, saved searches, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting, administration, and configuration.
• In-depth NetSuite expertise across R2R, P2P, and O2C cycles.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM and revenue recognition rules.
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite Inventory Accounting and COGS.
• Proven ability to build and manage NetSuite saved searches, financial reports, KPI dashboards, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite integrations and data synchronization patterns.

Responsibilities

• Optimize financial processes within NetSuite across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Manage ARM and complex revenue recognition schedules.
• Support inventory accounting, COGS tracking, and product costing workflows.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations to troubleshoot processes and apply best practices.
• Perform NetSuite administration, maintenance, and module configuration.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Understand integrations with external platforms and data flows.
• Document configurations and standard operating procedures for change management.
