Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Architect to drive Enterprise ERP & HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. You will design and implement scalable architectures, translating business needs into integrated systems and guiding large-scale initiatives with vendors and stakeholders.

This is a fully remote role within the United States, with an onsite interview possibility and typical collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements complex architectural solutions. Leads the development of new systems and applications, ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy.
• Translates customer business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large IT solutions.
• Leads complex IT projects, oversees budgets and timelines; leads vendor selection and management.
• Conducts architecture reviews and provides expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
• Mentors and coaches technical staff and may act as a team lead.
