Job summary

Truist seeks a leader to oversee the model analytics function of the Financial Crimes Program. You will guide data strategy, ensure accurate analytics, and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, seven years of SAS experience, and a track record in managing projects and data-driven initiatives within a regulated program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of SAS experience (or other applicable model development software) with large data problems.
• Proven management ability; experience managing projects and teams.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with metrics, reporting, data, modeling, or technology initiatives.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, and technology changes to improve operations and controls.
• Deliver accurate analytics and insights to inform key decisions.
• Champion data quality and data management best practices for Financial Crimes.
• Foster relationships with internal and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
