Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage models, metrics, and reporting within the Financial Crimes FIU. The role focuses on designing and driving data-driven AML/CTF monitoring initiatives, using SAS/Python/R/SQL to monitor performance and influence change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Ten years of related experience in financial crimes or analytics.
• Experience with SAS, Python, R, SQL for predictive analytics.
• Proven track record managing teams and projects.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more models, analytics, metrics, and reporting for Financial Crimes.
• Drive data strategy and data quality initiatives across the program.
• Deliver accurate analytics and insights for key decisions.
• Develop relationships with internal/external partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide SME guidance and coach staff; oversee reviews and audits.
• Ensure processes align with enterprise standards and governance.
