Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Analytical, project management and organizational skills with metrics and data focus.
• Proven management ability and experience leading teams to outcomes.
• Seven years of SAS experience with large data problems and model testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Leadership, decision-making, and problem solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, and technology changes to drive efficiency and control.
• Deliver accurate analytics, reporting, and data insights for decision-making.
• Champion data quality and data management within Financial Crimes.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide materials for reviewers and resolve issues from reviews as needed.
• Ensure procedures and documentation align with enterprise standards.
