Truist is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to supervise Decision Scientists and support the Decision Science Manager in achieving business objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering
• 4+ years of decision science/analytics project management experience with a diverse project focus and demonstrated results
• Ability to act as role model in cross-functional teams supporting business partners with enhanced insights
• Experience engaging and managing internal partners, product sets, and projects, linking insights to execution and impact
• Innovative and strategic thinker with ability to connect to practical applications and drive measurable business impact
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and pivoting resources for maximum impact
• Strong competency in statistical and analytical principles; ability to champion emerging decision science techniques
• Exposure to databases (IBM DB2, Oracle), programming (SAS, SQL, ToAD), data science tools (R, Python, SAS E-Miner), BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) and MS Office
• Master's/PhD in a quantitative field and 10+ years in related domains
• 10+ years of analytics management experience and leadership in diverse projects

Responsibilities

• Mentor and act as a force multiplier for Decision Scientists across multiple business models
• Lead target initiatives independently, driving decision science projects leveraging quantitative analysis
• Foster cross-level communication with LOB leaders and senior managers to build trust and deliver on goals
• Pursue outcomes focused on increasing revenue or efficiency through data-driven insights
• Champion use of tools to deliver timely, accurate, and repeatable solutions
• Exercise sound judgment and risk management while maintaining client-centric design and deployment practices
• Represent business groups in forums and drive efficient delivery with partner analytics teams
