Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of SAS experience with large data problems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership and mentoring of staff.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data quality and data management practices.
• Experience in monitoring, reporting, and change-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, and technology changes to improve operations and controls.
• Deliver accurate analytics, reporting, and data insights for decision-making.
• Be a steward of data quality and data management initiatives.
• Foster relationships with internal and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
• Prepare materials for reviewers of the Financial Crimes program.
• Document team processes in accordance with enterprise standards.
