Job summary

Truist in Raleigh, NC seeks a leader to head the financial crimes model analytics function, driving data strategy and analytics to identify and report potential financial crimes. You will guide a team, ensure data quality, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet program objectives.

The role requires seven years of SAS experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proven management ability with project and team leadership.
• Seven years of SAS experience with large data problems and relevant statistical procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy.
• Develop, monitor, and change-manage reporting processes with stakeholders.
• Identify model, process, and technology changes to improve operations and controls.
• Deliver accurate analytics and insights to support decision-making.
• Champion data quality and data management initiatives within Financial Crimes.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide support for reviewers of the Financial Crimes program and manage issues.
• Maintain procedures and documentation in line with enterprise standards.
