Job summary

Truist is hiring for a role focused on AML and financial crimes analytics, developing and monitoring quantitative models and supporting governance. You will handle data analysis, feature engineering, and documentation across the model lifecycle, including deployment validation and review processes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and helping recruit quantitative talent as needed. A master’s or PhD is preferred, with SAS experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience building or validating quantitative models.
• Experience communicating complex results clearly.
• Education in statistics, econometrics, OR, or applied math.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and enhance AML model analytics and related governance.
• Support data analysis, feature engineering, and model documentation.
• Participate in model reviews and post-deployment validation mitigation.
• Educate and mentor colleagues in quantitative techniques.
