Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Program Finance team. The role supports multiple programs from the Palo Alto, CA office or remotely in the US, handling day-to-day financial planning, weekly/monthly reporting, and forecast accuracy.

You will work with Program Managers and senior leaders to plan budgets, allocate resources, and provide ad hoc modeling and analysis to improve program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in a Financial Analyst role.
• Experience with SAP/Tableau/Alteryx is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spend across programs including cost of sales, R&D and capital expenditures.
• Perform monthly variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review weekly labor and non-labor expenses and track spend against forecasts.
